Comment:
Fallow Deer have three main concentrations in the county: Wyre Forest, around Bredon Hill, and on the Warwickshire border at Weethley, near Ragley Park, but have spread elsewhere During the last ten years there has been a steady increase in Roe Deer, especially in the eastern two-thirds of the county and in Wyre Forest. Muntjac probably live in most Worcestershire woods and are almost certainly under-recorded. There is a record of one Sika Deer in Wyre - probably an escape. There are a few records of Red Deer in the Malvern area.
